- Chi Kung (pronounced chee-kung), the mother of Tai Chi, is a 5 to 10,000 year old Chinese system. Helps with weight loss, insomnia, depression, anxiety, muscles and joints, fatigue, hypertension and benefits all of your internal organs. All movements are gentle and suitable for all abilities and ages.
- Hatha is a Sanskrit word that can be broken down into two smaller words: ha, meaning “sun,” and tha, meaning “moon.” Mindful Hatha Yoga – In this class, we will be focusing on your awareness in your body and with your breath. While flowing through a dynamic practise, strengthening, balancing, toning and stretching. Finishing with a short meditation. I will have different level options to suite all abilities.
