Simply put, it is an app that will take away the headache of scheduling appointments across your company.

Microsoft Bookings includes a web-based booking calendar that integrates with Outlook to optimise your company´s calendar and give your customers the flexibility to book a time with you, or a staff member, that works best for them. The bookings calendar is a mailbox in Exchange Online.

If your company is already using Microsoft 365 For Business, or Office 365 Business Premium, then you already have access to the Bookings application. If not, it is simple to upgrade to benefit from all of its advantages.

When your customer has chosen a time convenient to them, and when you are available, it will integrate with either Teams or Zoom to schedule a video meeting and will show up on your Outlook calendar.
